We know how intimidating it can be to walk into a gym.
At Vulcan, our mission is to share our passion for fitness in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
We also understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle.
We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Vulcan Fitness is locally owned and operated by USAF Veteran, Tiffany Terle. With over a decade of experience and a passion for helping people, she decided to open the gym she always wanted to go to: A gym that provides attentive coaching, heavy weights, support and encouragement, and lots of laughs to balance out suffering through tough workouts.
With high-level training certifications and years of experience, our team of coaches are capable of providing expert workout programming as well as demonstrate and explain proper form.
Correct form, mechanics, and technique is critical to gain strength over the long term and reduce the possibility of injury.
Our coaches take your fitness goals seriously. We will work with you to keep you injury free and on track to reach your goals.
Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.
We understand that it is not enough to simply provide a workout routine and offer a space and weights to workout. At Vulcan Fitness, we “show up” for our members with the same enthusiasm class after class.
We have state-of-the-art facilities that include a fully equipped gym, functional fitness classes, and amenities like showers and personal cubbies. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and convenient space for our members to work out in.
Our gym offers small group classes consisting of metabolic conditioning, strength training, and Olympic and power lifting.
We move barbells, do pull-ups, throw balls at walls, and a lot of of things in between in order to challenge ourselves not only physically, but mentally.
